Dyn'Aero customer service
Bonjour,
Please excuse me that I am writing in English - my French is too bad to be understood.
I would like to ask you for your experiences with the Dyn'Aero customer service since the "restart" of the company in March 2012. Has there been any improvement? I own an MCR01 since the end of 2011, so I am not very familiar with the history. But as far as I understood customer service (response times, reliability of information, reaction on complaints, keeping promises, delivery times, availability of parts etc.) has always been the weak point of Dyn'Aero.
My current experience (waiting for spare parts ordered through a dealer and paid in advance) is not promising at all. But I am still waiting for a response to my complaints - so it is too early to talk about it.
Thank you in advance.

Re: Dyn'Aero customer service
I was in Dijon couple of months ago and I saw some improvement. They are much more reactive than in the past and they have a dedicated point of contact for customers.
However, in my point of view Dynaero is still far from the industry standard. They should really focus on the "Customer Care" to ensure a brilliant future to the company. (The product is good!!! they are just missing a good customer support team)
I'm not surprised that you did not get any feedback from Dynaero after you placed an order. I experienced the same problem couple of times in the past
Anyway if you don't have any success in the coming days, you should try to contact Amina (amina.taha@dyn.aero) or Damien (damien.soulat@dyn.aero). They are the main point of contact for customers' enquiries.
Rgds,
Adrien

Re: Dyn'Aero customer service
In the mean time I have received an answer to my complaint. It seems as Dyn'Aero is moving into the right direction. They know (and accept) that they have a problem.
It still does not solve my current trouble which is made worse by a combination of various problems (dealer waited weeks for a price quote, wrong parts quoted, further delay for correction, order, payment in advance, parts not in stock, subcontractor closed in August, delivery promised for September, ..., ???).
I would like to encourage everyone who reads this to keep maximum pressure on the new management to improve the customer service. They seem to be very much focussed on new sales but this is only one part of the story. If the service does not improve every potential buyer will know that in the long run (the Internet does not "forget" any negative story and it more and more becaomes the primary source of information for most people). If Dyn'Aero would fail again it would be a shame and would hurt every MCR owner.

Re: Dyn'Aero customer service
Hi,
Nice to hear that DA is reacting as a a normal supplier, let's hope that it will last and , possibly, even improve in the future to such a level to become the benchmark in the industry.
McRider, related to the delay you experienced via your local dealer, I would suggest, next time, give a try to the Belgian one.
They are knowledgeable, have a lot (30+) of MCR-UL and and MCR 01 customers hosted at their site, an excellent service dedicated to MCR products (10+ years experience).
You will find all info on their web site www.ulm.be and ask for Didier Coddens.
NB: I have no interest in their business, I am just an happy MCR-UL customer, and that despite DynAero disastrous past (?) attitude.

GENIAL

Re: Dyn'Aero customer service
Thank @all you for the feedback.
It really seems as Dyn'Aero is moving into the right direction. It did not help me yet - they say that they are still waiting for their supplier. If there are further delays I will contact the company in Belgium (a bit complicated because everything is already ordered and paid).

Hi Dan
Hi Dan,
It's nice to read you on this forum. You spoke with me and Nadège this summer at airventure.
If you plan a trip in France, just let me know I would be pleased to meet you again. We are both leaving a bit far from Pau (bettween 800Km and 1000Km) as Nadège is leaving in Belgium and I'm leaving close to Swizeland (in the French Alps)
If you are travelling for a few days, feel free to plan a stop in the Alps, I would offer you a beer or two .
Keep me posted about you plan, and enjoy your trip,
Cheers,
Adrien
